Build to fit.

Off-the-rack automation fits nobody. Weave measures your client's real process, finds the bottleneck and builds a strong business case for durable automation that saves more money.

Why most automation doesn't fit

The work is rarely the slow part

One invoice: 38 minutes of work, 9.4 days of waiting. Automating the work barely moves the needle.

One step limits everything

Speed up anything but the bottleneck and the queue just moves. Weave finds it in the data.

Unchecked savings become assumptions

Every benefit is capped by the math and measured again 90 days after launch, because agents can degrade.

Built for the ideal process, not the real one

Real work runs on workarounds and side spreadsheets nobody wrote down.

The exceptions are the job

The happy path is easy. The cost sits in the 20% of cases that don't fit it.

The data isn't ready

Access and quality problems surface after the build starts, not before.

The Weave platform

At its core is the business and systems engineering analysis: 20 principles in four layers. Four engines feed them: rules, math, machine learning and an example database. Every result flows back into the database, so each assessment makes the next one better.

No more pilot purgatory, data swamps or solutions looking for a problem.

Why Weave?

Measured, not assumed

Every decision starts from real data: step times, system logs and interviews.

Benefits you can defend

Every claim is capped by the analytics, so the case holds up in front of finance.

More efficient engagements

Weave drafts and explains every step, so your team spends its time on decisions.

Agents built to fit and last

Built around the bottleneck, agents last longer and clients come back.

AI-native and work flow hybrid

Weave drafts, answers questions and runs the analytics, so no step is missed.

Conducts interviews by voice

Speak the answers. Weave types as you talk.

Repeatable across clients

Weave self-calibrates and follows the same method every time, so results are comparable.

Sponsor-ready in one click

The deck and report build straight from the assessment data.

Automate the right step

Weave finds the bottleneck first, so automation speeds up the whole process, not one task.

Correct before it’s built

Each top item gets a testable spec, so the build team knows exactly what done looks like.

Exceptions included

Workarounds and edge cases come out in interviews, so the build covers the real job.

Clear owners after launch

Every decision has a named owner, so the gains don’t fade when the project team moves on.

Find the value. Fit the automation. Weave it through the business. Repeat.

About us

Kevin Smiley runs CustomTailored.ai and designed Weave. He is a systems engineer with an MBA who has spent 10 years putting AI to work inside companies and 10 years on the factory floor.

Kevin aims to use systems engineering and business principles to help unlock the agentic AI industry: no more pilot purgatory, data swamps or solutions looking for a problem. Each of these shows up in a plant too, and there are proven methods for dealing with them. That’s what Kevin is bringing to the market, in a way that fits business.

Systems Thinking

Think in whole systems

Every process is a system with one constraint. Find it before building anything.

Born on the site

Measured on the floor

Industrial sites teach you to trust what the work shows, not what the process document says.

10 years of proof

AI that earns its keep

A decade implementing AI in businesses, with an eye on what each change is actually worth.
